Monaco does not show every CTO alert. It applies one fixed screen, and the live board above uses the same rule:

Checked against the latest 48 alerts in the lane (about 3 days): 14 passed. Those that passed had a median market cap of $156.8K, median liquidity of $38.8K and about 682 holders. No alert in the sample had a pool smaller than 10 % of its cap. Across the whole lane, the ten largest wallets held a median 27 % of supply.

About this desk

A CTO alert means the community took over a token after the original team left.

Deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on BNB Chain. Monaco collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.

Monaco watches the CTO channel because team behaviour often explains a chart better than the chart does.

Quick test: Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended. Check who paid for the boost and whether the same wallet holds supply.
